Differences between 2007 FX Cruiser HO and 2008?
What differences, if any, are there between the 2007 and 2008 FX Cruiser HO models? Our local dealer has both years in stock, so I was just wondering if there are any differences between the two at all.

I believe the only differences are colours and Hull Material.
2007 uses SMC vs 2008 NanoXcel which makes the 08 model about 30kgs. lighter.

From what I have seen it is just BNG and a new hull material (Nanoexcel).

But the new hull supposedly is a HUGE difference. I have read multiple reviews that say the handling difference with the new hull is incredible. You will absolutely love the 07 if you get it, but I'd maybe wait and see if this new hull is as great as it's reported to be. It might be worth it.

Ok guys, here's an update and another question for you. The dealer called us today and they just got a 2006 FX Crusier HO in that is basically brand new, only 2.2 hours on it. Are there any differences between this model and the 2007 model? Do they still all have the same features? And also, do you think it's a deal we should take? It's quite a bit less money than the new 2007 or 2008. Thanks

There is one difference. The 06's look better! My opinion, of course. They all look good. But they 06 and 07 models are mechanically identical. The only difference is the nano hull on the 08's. The only thing you have to watch out for is to make sure the 06 was properly broken in and maintained during those 2.2 hours.

06 does not have a catalytic converter like the 07 a + and the area under the handle bar on the sides and hood is painted to match the graphics. On the 07 the ski is a sold color. The 06s look better IMO, but the 07 cruiser we have in all silver looks awesome.

Really? I didn't know that. Good to learn something new. Why add one on the 07?06 does not have a catalytic converter like the 07
